Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You will lead a team to meet operating and financial goals, build strong client relationships, and ensure safety and compliance.

The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to drive service improvements and growth across diverse service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Focus on client services, entrepreneurship, and growing the business.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and leadership.
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team providing operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and developing plans for optimal service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contract obligations.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and helps design improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards.
