Job summary

Ice Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee production and distribution facilities across a defined geographic region. You will partner with the Director of Operations to drive safety, quality, and efficiency while delivering profitable regional growth.

You will lead site teams, manage fleet and inventory, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of improving operational performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day regional operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations within assigned states or territories.
• Ensure facilities meet production, quality, safety, and customer service targets.
• Develop operational strategies with the Director of Operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Site Supervisors, Site Laborers, CDL Drivers, and other regional personnel.
• Oversee fleet, inventory management, and maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on budgeting, procurement, and workforce planning.
