Interstates seeks a Regional Manager to lead operations, growth, and project delivery across a defined region. You will oversee regional offices, drive safety, mentor staff, and collaborate on business development and client relations. Travel within the region is expected as projects demand.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality work within scope and budget, with opportunities for advancement and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required - ora combination of a related education (associate degree in skilled trade) and in-depth experience in electrical construction, automation, or industrial engineering)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day regional office activities within a specific region
• Foster and maintain a strong safety-first culture in both office and site environments
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures across office and field operations within the region
• Drive operational excellence ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in each office
• Develop and mentor regional staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and guide development
• Collaborate for Business Development to execute sales strategies for the region
• Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies, as necessary
• Manage and track regional budgets and expenditures
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
• Oversee project delivery in the region to deliver high quality work within scope and budget
• Coordinate with cross function teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient project execution
• Build client relations within a region to support regional growth and enhance the Interstates portfolio for future opportunities
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
• Oversee recruitment needs and staffing levels to meet operational needs in the region
