Job summary

Ice Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee production and distribution facilities within a designated geographic region. You will lead regional operations, inventory, fleet, maintenance, safety compliance, and financial accountability in collaboration with the Director of Operations and other departments.

You will build teams, drive performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day regional operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations.
• Ensure regional operations meet production, quality, safety and customer service expectations.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximize productivity.
• Recruit, develop and supervise site leaders and regional personnel; conduct regular evaluations.
• Promote safety, compliance and continuous improvement across regional teams.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and capital projects; manage budgets and KPIs.
