Job summary

Ice Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operational performance across multiple facilities in an assigned region. You will work with department heads to ensure production, inventory, and safety standards are met while driving profitable regional growth.

Responsibilities include team leadership, budget oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management.
• 10+ years' experience in a construction/maintenance industry management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations within assigned states or territories.
• Ensure regional operations meet production, quality, safety, and customer service expectations.
• Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
