Job summary

AlffCo is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee Ice Solutions production and distribution facilities within a defined region. You will lead regional operations, including production, inventory, fleet, maintenance, and safety, while partnering with Finance, HR, and executive leadership to drive profitable growth and exceptional service delivery.

You will recruit and coach Site Supervisors and CDL drivers, develop performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of related experience in operations or management.
• Experience directing multi-facility operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day multi-facility operations across production, warehouses, and distribution.
• Ensure production, safety, quality, and customer service targets are met.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Lead site supervisors and regional personnel with performance evaluations.
• Oversee maintenance, capital projects, and fleet management.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and inventory levels; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Business Development.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, EPA compliance and safety training.
