Job summary

Sharp Business Systems is seeking a Region Operations Manager to lead and coordinate Customer Administration and Logistics for a region of SBS branches. You will oversee dispatch, order processing, contract billing, and logistics, while driving branch profitability through standardized processes and technologies.

The role may be based in Renton, WA or Pleasanton, CA, with responsibilities spanning staffing, budgeting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in Branch Operations Leadership.
• Experience in the Multifunction Printer industry is preferred.
• Ample knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service).
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff involved with operational and administrative processes.
• Direct day-to-day activities of regional staff to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Coordinate continuous improvement across branch operations.
• Develop business plans aligned with corporate objectives and local markets.
• Review financial information and adjust budgets to promote profitability.
• Oversee customer support processes and enhance satisfaction.
• Use KPI measurements to drive actions with the Ops staff.
• Coach staff to increase proficiency and build leadership within the team.
• Coordinate with Branch Service Manager and Controller on inventory and orders.
