Job summary

BSC Industries is seeking a Regional Manager, Distribution Operations for the Midwest region (OH). You will oversee multiple branch locations, manage the regional P&L, and drive the development and execution of a scalable distribution network.

You will lead a transition from planning to implementation, shaping service levels, inventory performance, and efficiency across the network while mentoring Branch Managers and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or related operations.
• Direct experience leading or managing distribution center operations including facility workflows, inventory control, fulfillment, labor planning, safety, and performance management.
• Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing distribution networks, hub-and-spoke models, or centralized inventory strategies in multi-location environments.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including inventory modeling and service-level analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and influence stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional P&L stewardship and drive revenue growth, margin, and operational efficiency.
• Develop, execute, and adjust the regional business plan to meet sales, profitability, and service objectives.
• Hold Branch Managers accountable for financial and operational results and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to implement regional sales strategies and market expansion.
• Support development of branch-level sales plans and pipeline management.
• Coach and develop branch leadership to improve sales execution and customer engagement.
• Lead design and implementation of the distribution center and hub-and-spoke operating model.
• Define network strategy, SKU segmentation, and stocking across distribution and branches.
• Develop replenishment methodologies and distribution workflows.
• Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in distribution and branch operations.
