Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation seeks a Regional Technical Resource Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers across multiple states, align resources with strategic IT services, and drive successful project outcomes. The role includes mentoring, budget oversight, and acting as a liaison among engineering, sales, and branch leadership.

You will guide statements of work, support incident response, and ensure high-quality delivery of complex networks and cloud services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on management experience with a team of 5+ technical resources.
• Experience managing groups across multiple states and complex projects.
• Bachelor’s/graduate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multi-server networks and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight of regional engineers and project teams.
• Lead interview, hiring, and onboarding within region.
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with branch management, sales, and national resources.
