Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation, through Sharp Business Systems, seeks a Region Operations Manager to lead Customer Administration and Logistics across a region of SBS branches. You will supervise dispatch, order processing, contract billing and branch performance improvement initiatives.

You will mentor staff, monitor daily activities, ensure KPI targets are met, and drive continuous improvement by applying standardized processes and technologies across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in Branch Operations Leadership.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and business software (ERP, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, motivating, and mentoring staff involved with operational and administrative processes.
• Monitor and direct day-to-day activities of regional staff to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Review procedures to locate inefficiencies and apply improvements.
• Develop and coordinate continuous improvement of branch operations.
