Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead the design and execution of operations across designated regions in the United States. You will align sales, service delivery, and customer relations with corporate directives, while driving long-term growth and efficiency.

The role requires senior leadership collaboration, travel to client sites and facilities, and chairing strategic initiatives with the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and administers company policies and develops long-range goals.
• Directs and coordinates activities of departments, key customers, regions or divisions to attain goals.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to measure progress toward goals.
• Confers with EVP or COO and senior leadership to review achievements and adjust goals as needed.
• Willingness to travel to various work locations and facilities.
• Serves on management committees for strategic initiatives.
