Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Global Business Systems to own the ELIS data model and RenovoLive platform for Life Sciences. You will lead data standardization, system onboarding, and training across sites while coordinating with product teams to shape the roadmap.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in master data and CMMS, with pharma/biotech exposure and proven leadership to drive data accuracy and reporting integrity across regions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in business systems, master data or asset data management with CMMS experience.
• Expert on a service management platform with experience specifying changes and validating releases.
• Experience owning a data standard across multiple systems of record.

Responsibilities

• Own RenovoLive as the single business SME for Life Sciences and the ELIS program.
• Specify and validate system changes on behalf of the program and sign off before release.
• Lead system onboarding for new sites and data migration as needed.
• Own training of staff on platforms to ensure qualified operation.
• Maintain platform roadmap discussions with product teams for program needs.
