Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of diversified engineering, construction, or cGMP qualification experience, with at least 5 in a management capacity.
• Experience planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating cGMP technical work.
• Proven ability to obtain cooperation through analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and implement corporate regional growth strategy for Design, Construction, Compliance, and Project Controls.
• Grow IPS services in the region: Consulting, Engineering and Design, Construction Management, Compliance, and Project Controls.
• Coordinate activities and represent the Regional Office with the corporate office.
• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the region.
• Support hiring and development of regional staff and manage budget and business plans.
• Lead presentations for proposals and projects.
