Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of global supply chain/related operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, distribution or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality initiatives, process changes, and Lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Own safety, quality, performance and customer experience across facilities.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold leaders accountable.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and network.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and other leaders to secure support for projects.
