Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Zero to five years of professional experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong preference for candidates with construction, installation, manufacturing, field services, equipment, or project operations experience.
• Evidence of taking ownership and delivering results beyond assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience.
• Oversee crew productivity, labor utilization, installation capacity, and project throughput.
• Coordinate Houston field scheduling, workforce planning, and job-site sequencing.
• Develop standard operating procedures for scalable field execution as volume grows.
• Present Houston’s performance and improvement plans to leadership.
