Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead Houston-based home services and construction operations. You will own daily performance, drive safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience while coordinating crews, materials, and job-site requirements.

The role requires leadership of field personnel, development of installers and technicians, and a mindset of continuous improvement to scale operations across multiple sites in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Zero to five years of professional experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Strong preference for candidates with 1–3 years in home services, construction, or field operations.
• Proven leadership through athletics, coaching, military service, student organizations, internships, or competitions.
• Background in competitive athletics preferred for discipline, resilience, leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily home services, construction, and installation operations across the Houston market.
• Set clear operating direction and translate it into measurable priorities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop technicians, installers, electricians, and field personnel.
• Build a culture of urgency, ownership, discipline, safety, and accountability.
• Coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, materials, and job-site requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recurring performance issues; redesign workflows.
