Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Zero to five years of professional experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years in construction, installation, manufacturing, field services, equipment, or project operations.
• Demonstrated leadership through athletics, coaching, military service, student organizations, internships, entrepreneurship, or team competitions.
• Background in competitive athletics preferred for discipline, resilience, leadership, team mindset.
• Ownership and delivering results beyond assigned responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in field conditions.
• Strong analytical ability and decision-making.
• Ability to earn credibility with installers, electricians, and technicians.
• Willingness to work at job sites and adapt to changing field conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and travel throughout Houston.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience.
• Manage crew productivity, labor utilization, installation capacity, and project throughput.
• Oversee Houston field scheduling, workforce planning, and job-site sequencing.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures as volume grows.
• Create performance dashboards and corrective-action plans.
• Coach Houston field personnel and develop future field leaders.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in labor, materials, and workflows.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, warehouse, customer service, and senior leadership.
