Job summary
EnerSys is seeking a field service leader to provide technical and application support for our stored energy solutions at customer sites in the Houston area. You will supervise field technicians, manage service projects, and ensure safety and compliance while driving service revenues.
The role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, 5+ years of related experience, and a background in customer service. Travel to customer sites and coordination with multiple teams are essential.
Qualifications
- 5 years related experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience and field support
- Able to read, write and comprehend English
- Able to perform basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
- College Degree preferred but will accept High school Diploma/GED with industry experience
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support for EnerSys products and services in the assigned area
- Develops and schedules projects for efficient use of resources
- Oversight of field support/techs and/or Shop Technicians
- Direct management of Service employees including training and performance reviews
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain safety and quality standards
