Job summary

Staffmark Group in the United States (Atlanta area) is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to support multiple branches and on-site programs within the region. You will build strong relationships with regional and field leadership, resolve day-to-day issues, and help implement new technology and recruiting strategies.

This role focuses on training field staff, improving processes, and coordinating with clients to meet territory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or similar field required.
• Three years of experience managing teams and complex issues with wide impact.
• Experience in developing recruiting strategies and working with field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and defining policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitors recruitment metrics to meet growth goals and supports sites in recruiting, onboarding and development of employees.
• Analyzes data to identify turnover drivers and recommends improvements.
• Conducts weekly operational calls with Recruiting Manager and Onsite Managers on stats, plans, and initiatives.
• Develops employees, monitors performance, and provides feedback to meet business needs.
• Identifies and implements process improvements across the region with input from associates.
• Interface with clients to ensure territory needs are met.
