Job summary

I.K. Hofmann USA, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager for the College Park area to oversee all operations, revenue goals, and client relationships. You will supervise staff, onboard talent, and drive business development across multiple counties in the Atlanta South region.

You will lead with integrity, develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance with employment laws, and coordinate with Account Executives to grow the client base while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting in a full lifecycle environment
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience
• Experience with HRIS, ATS and sourcing tools
• Budgets and branch financials experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting etiquette

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch revenue goals and budgets to meet targets.
• Lead and mentor branch staff; on-board and place high-quality associates.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and compliance.
• Drive marketing strategies and candidate pipelines across channels.
• Forecast revenue, margins and operating income for the branch.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture and effective communication.
