Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure in the state where facilities are located.
• Minimum of five (5) years' multi-site management and staff development experience in long-term care.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nursing Home Administrators within a designated region.
• Drive census growth, budgeting, and financial controls; align with business plan.
• Ensure facility programs meet quality and compliance standards through CQI.
• Develop and evaluate administrators; conduct annual and quarterly reviews.
