Job summary

Legacy Healthcare in Pittsburgh is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to drive census growth, resident care, and survey readiness across a multi-site portfolio. The RDO will hold administrators accountable, lead business planning, and implement CCCN programs and philosophy.

The role oversees Nursing Home Administrators, coordinates census and budget targets, monitors QA/CQI, and aims to maximize clinical reimbursement and ancillary revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure in the state where facilities are located.
• Minimum five (5) years of multi-site management experience in long-term care.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nursing Home Administrators within a designated region.
• Lead census and budget planning with facility goals.
• Ensure quality of care and CQI processes across facilities.
• Develop administrators and conduct annual/quarterly performance reviews.
