Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure in the state.
• 5+ years multi-site management experience in long-term care.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee census and marketing plans to maximize census.
• Ensure facility CQI processes and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor monthly budgets, labor and supply costs, and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and evaluate administrators; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor financial controls and identify additional ancillary revenue opportunities.
