Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services in the United States seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead administrators across a region, drive census growth, ensure resident care, and maintain compliance with state and federal surveys. The RDO will develop plans, monitor budgets, mentor administrators, and promote strong employee relations while delivering a defined return on investment.

Candidates should have a nursing home administrator license and at least five years of multi-site management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure by the state in which the health centers are located.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible for multi site management and staff development experience in long-term care.
• At least 5 years experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Strong ability to relate positively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff; excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs census and marketing efforts to maximize census.
• Ensures compliance with quality of care through CQI processes and internal surveys.
• Manages monthly budget reviews and financial controls; optimizes ancillary revenue and reimbursement processes.
• Develops administrators through orientation, trainings, and performance reviews.
