Job summary

CareCore Health LLC seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Cleveland, OH region. The role requires active Ohio LNHA licensure and strong strategic leadership across sites.

You will drive quality of care, resident satisfaction, and team engagement while guiding financial performance and census growth, with travel across the region. A Bachelor’s in healthcare administration or related field is required; Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare.
• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required.
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Travel within your region is required.
