Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises seeks a Regional Operations Manager to supervise and train locations within the region, oversee financial performance, and maintain P&L statements. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and operational excellence across Boss Shops and Boss Truck Shop locations.

You will coordinate hiring, manage budgets, and drive sales strategies while ensuring top-tier customer service and fleet and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the shop industry.
• Knowledge of the tire industry.
• Ability to read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Ability to read, follow, and implement budget controls.
• Reliable transportation and phone.
• Current valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week including weekends.
• Ability to travel by air as needed for business meetings and events.
• Willingness to travel; hotel stays required at minimum 50% of the time.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces OSHA and Safety Standards.
• Oversees all training programs pertinent to locations/Region.
• Maintains a profitable business unit and achieves budgeted goals.
• Ensures new employee orientation and onboarding is performed.
• Participates in Business Review meetings with leadership, providing updates and input.
• Coordinates in hiring General Managers and works with recruiting to ensure applications.
• Attends job fairs and recruiting activities.
• Fills in as General Manager when needed.
• Performs inventory audits and corrects issues.
• Maintains proper product levels at all locations.
• Fluent with POS system and basic computer/printer operation.
• Reviews employee scheduling for coverage and fairness.
• Resolves warranty claims and directs through proper channels.
• Performs compliance inspections and maintains operation standards.
• Coordinates with maintenance and construction teams for equipment/ facilities.
• Communicates with Sales & Marketing as required.
• Performs market evaluations in the region.
• Maintains cleanliness at shops and company vehicles.
• Evaluates location P&L and addresses opportunities.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to grow business.
• Evaluates expenses and margins to meet budgets.
• Assists in budgeting and operating within guidelines.
• Ensures staff present professionally per policy.
• Provides friendly and competent customer service.
• Reports for work on time.
• Follows Safety Manual and policies.
• Keeps LMS training current.
