Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise and staff multiple shop locations within the region, drive financial performance, and uphold safety standards.

The role includes leading training programs, coordinating with location managers, managing budgets and P&L, and developing sales strategies to grow business while maintaining high service levels and shop cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Five to eight years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Ability to read, follow, and implement budget controls.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Current valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week with a 6–7 day schedule.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA and safety standards across locations.
• Oversee training programs for locations and region.
• Maintain a profitable business unit and meet budget goals.
• Ensure onboarding for new employees is successful.
• Participate in leadership meetings and provide strategic input.
