Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise, staff, train, and oversee the successful operation of all locations within the region. You will be responsible for financial performance, maintaining the profit and loss statement, and ensuring budgeted goals are met.

The role requires coordinating hiring of General Managers, overseeing training programs, and maintaining shop standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five to eight years related experience and/or training.
• Must read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Must read, follow, and implement budget controls.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Must be able to travel and work long hours (50+ hrs/week).
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces all OSHA and Safety Standards.
• Oversees all training programs pertinent to locations/Region.
• Maintains a profitable business unit; achieve budgeted goals.
• Ensures new employee orientation and onboarding is performed successfully.
• Participates in Business Review meetings with leadership; provides insights and strategic input.
• Coordinates and assists in hiring General Managers.
• Works with recruiting team to ensure steady flow of applications.
• Fills in as General Manager at locations when needed.
• Performs inventory audits and corrects inventory issues.
• Maintains proper product levels at all locations.
• Supervises POS operation and basic computer/printer use.
• Reviews employee scheduling for coverage and fairness.
• Resolves warranty claims and directs through proper channels.
• Performs compliance inspections; maintains operational standards.
• Coordinates with maintenance and construction teams for equipment/facilities.
• Communicates with Sales & Marketing as required.
• Performs routine market evaluations in the region.
