Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises’ Boss Shops region seeks an experienced Regional Operations Manager to supervise locations, drive profitability, and lead staffing and training across the region. You will oversee budget performance, coordinate with maintenance and sales teams, and ensure safety standards, onboarding, and timely hiring of General Managers, while delivering strong customer service.

Role requires 50+ hour weeks, travel, and commitment to growth, with oversight of multiple shop locations and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5–8 years related experience
• Strong understanding of shop industry and tire sector
• Ability to read monthly P&L statements and budget controls

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces OSHA and safety standards
• Oversees training programs for locations/region
• Maintains profitable unit and achieves budget goals
• Ensures effective new employee onboarding
• Participates in business reviews with leadership
• Coordinates hiring of General Managers
• Works with recruiting for steady applications
• Fills in as General Manager when needed
• Performs inventory audits and maintains product levels
• Communicates with Sales & Marketing teams
• Conducts market evaluations in the region
• Maintains shop cleanliness and vehicle upkeep
• Evaluates locations' P&L and addresses opportunities
• Develops and executes sales growth strategies
• Ensures budget adherence across locations
• Ensures professional appearance of shop personnel
• Provides friendly customer service
• Reports for work timely
• Follows safety and policy manuals
• Ensures LMS training is current
• Assists with other duties
• Supervises 5+ Service Center Managers
