Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager for the East US and Canada, overseeing a team of district managers, data managers and project engineers. You will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction while fostering accountability and development.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, PMP, and travel up to 25%. You will collaborate with regional sales and key accounts to grow market share and ensure strong financial performance across a $30-50

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, civil engineering or related field required.
• Graduate degree in business or engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
• 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site operations.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics.
• Wastewater collection systems knowledge preferred; travel up to 25%.
