Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager for the East US region and Canada to lead service and data-based projects across districts, driving safety, quality, and financial performance. You will oversee a team of district managers, promote accountability, and align sales with operations to grow regional volume.

Responsible for achieving annual operating plan, managing P&L, and building a high-performance culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering or related field required; Graduate degree in business or engineering a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations.
• PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated success driving operational and financial performance across diverse teams.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience may be considered.
• Progressive background in civil/wastewater industry preferred.
• Wastewater Collection Systems knowledge is essential.
• Travel within the region required up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations and data-based project management for water infrastructure monitoring across multiple districts.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear performance expectations with ongoing feedback and accountability.
• Drive revenue growth and financial performance (AOP) for the region.
• Represent the company to suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Support and ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety standards.
• Review and approve project pricing for the region.
