Job summary

IDEX, operating through its Envirosight unit, seeks a Senior Manager for HR Excellence & Operations in the U.S. to lead talent processes across multiple business units from our Randoph area HQ.

You will champion Leadership development, talent mobility, HR integrations, and data quality to drive scalable, data-driven HR solutions. You will deploy LEAN-based process improvements, oversee Workday governance, and build reporting dashboards while partnering with HR and business leaders to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR, talent management or talent operations experience.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-site talent initiatives.
• Proven track record of process improvement and standardization.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and administration of talent development programs and initiatives.
• Drive talent management, internal mobility, and succession planning across units.
• Manage HR integration activities for acquisitions and transitions.
• Oversee HR data quality, governance, and Workday process improvements.
• Deploy Operating Model training and drive adoption across the platform.
• Develop SOPs, process maps and dashboards to monitor effectiveness.
