Job summary

IDEX Corporation seeks a Regional Manager for the East US and Canada with a proven track record in leading multi-site operations and managing P&L performance. You will guide district managers, data managers and engineers, align Sales and Operations with regional goals, and drive safety, quality and financial results across the region.

Responsible for $30–50 million revenue, you will partner with sales leaders to grow the business while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; graduate degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics.
• Civil/wastewater industry experience preferred; wastewater collection systems knowledge essential.
• Up to 25% travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and data-based project management for water and sewer infrastructure monitoring.
• Promote accountability, ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and accountability.
