Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager for the East US and Canada to lead a team of district managers, data managers, and project engineers. This senior role drives operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost and financial performance while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

You will partner with regional sales and key account managers to grow the region’s business, own the regional P&L, and oversee multi-site operations with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree a plus.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in related industry.
• 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site/territory operations.
• Experience managing P&L and key financial metrics.
• Civil/wastewater industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and data-based project management for water and sewer infrastructure.
• Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Foster employee engagement and collaboration across regions.
• Drive execution of initiatives and regional standards; own AOP and financials.
• Represent the region to suppliers, customers, and regulators; ensure customer service excellence.
