Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead Branch Operations across multiple locations within a defined region. You will guide branch managers, optimize delivery routes, and drive profitability while maintaining high service levels.

Candidate needs 4+ years of warehouse leadership, solid P&L understanding, and excellent communication. Frequent travel is required; MS Office proficiency and English fluency are essential. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of leadership experience in a warehouse related field.
• Has a general knowledge of all aspects of the Branch.
• Understanding of P&L.
• Must be available for frequent travel.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Eligible to work within the country for which you are applying
• Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Extremely organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Have excellent multitasking ability and demonstrated self-starter.
• Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment.
• Exceptional management and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team.
• Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information.
• Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses.
• Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses.
• Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization’s competitive position and profitability.
• Frequent travel is required for this position.
