Job summary

Worldpac seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee branch operations and drive performance across multiple locations. The role focuses on coaching branch leaders, optimizing routes and costs, and ensuring alignment with company strategy. Strong P&L understanding and fluent English are required, with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Education: High school/secondary school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have leadership experience in a warehouse-related field and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and ability to manage branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team.
• Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information.
• Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses.
• Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses.
• Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization’s competitive position and profitability.
• Frequent travel is required for this position.
