Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Strong experience in project-based operations, financial management, cross-functional leadership, customer management, and operational execution
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in the automation industry and field service functions
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the water and wastewater industry preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across Project Management, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other supporting functions; resolve cross-functional issues and escalate as needed
• Monitor office/sub-regional operational KPIs; track project health, backlog, capacity, schedule performance, profitability trends, and customer issues
• Engage with customers to establish and maintain relationships, resolve issues, and support sales activities
• Monitor portfolio-level financial and execution risks; identify trends and escalate as needed
• Facilitate regular portfolio and project health reviews with PMs and leaders
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for direct reports and provide input on staffing needs
