You will lead a team, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar leadership role with a track record of growth.
• Strong leadership, management, and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication with influence and negotiation capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license per company guidelines.
• Travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple regional offices to meet business objectives and financial goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Supervise staff to maximize task completion and efficiency.
• Interview, hire, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals and foster a positive culture.
• Coach, discipline, and resolve employee issues in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure safe operations, customer service, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate transaction documentation using updated systems.
• Serve as main contact between regional offices and corporate headquarters.
