Job summary

Buildertrend Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Region Coordinator for CBUSA, a national group purchasing organization that helps independent builders increase profitability by improving operational efficiency.

The role is remote with Florida coverage (Greater Tampa Area) and supports regional teams with data accuracy, vendor relations, and program execution. You will review quarterly data, maintain records, coordinate meetings, and assist in reporting, discrepancies, and contract submissions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in business operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly data, identify trends and assist with trade partner recruitment.
• Maintain membership records and manage contract documentation for new builders.
• Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings with builder and sponsor engagement.
• Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submissions.
• Serve as the go-to contact for reporting questions and support customer service and accounting needs.
