Job summary

Buildertrend Solutions, Inc. seeks a Vice President, CBUSA Operations to lead the strategic and operational efforts for CBUSA, the nationwide group purchasing division.

The VP will drive revenue, margin growth, vendor relationships, and member services while building scalable processes and a high-performing, distributed team. You will lead data-driven decision making, establish dashboards, and expand partnerships with members and vendors to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of management experience with P&L ownership.
• Experience in group purchasing, vendor management or supply chain.
• Experience in homebuilding, construction or related industry.
• Proven track record negotiating national vendor agreements.
• Experience scaling membership-based models.
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CBUSA's long-term strategy and own the P&L.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets and KPIs with Finance.
• Oversee CBUSA operations, purchasing programs, vendor partnerships.
• Build scalable processes and dashboards for performance insights.
• Negotiate strategic vendor agreements to maximize value.
• Lead, mentor and develop CBUSA Operations team.
• Represent CBUSA/Buildertrend at industry events and forums.
