Job summary

CBUSA is seeking a Region Coordinator to help independent builders increase profitability by streamlining business operations and improving data-driven insights. You will support regional teams, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure efficient contract processes. The position requires homebuilding industry experience, 5+ years in operations, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Travel within Dallas/Fort Worth metro and Waco is expected. Buildertrend Solutions, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations preferred.
• Experience in homebuilding industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly data, identify trends, and assist with trade partner recruitment.
• Maintain membership records and manage contract documentation for new builders.
• Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings with builder and sponsor engagement.
• Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submission.
• Serve as the go-to contact for reporting questions and support customer service and accounting needs.
• Oversee discrepancy resolution to ensure members receive full credit on purchases.
• Gather program data from members and assist in managing national contract participation.
