Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager (Construction) for onsite leadership at our Haines City, FL plant with Florida-wide site oversight. You will direct safety, quality, production, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Travel to other Florida sites is required. The role emphasizes autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering safe, reliable manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or similar roles.
• Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing sites within the region.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Develop and coach leadership teams; drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Plan production to balance demand with cost and service goals; drive capital projects.
