Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead operations in an assigned region, supervising full-time and part-time Butlers, coordinating recruiting, training, payroll, and remote workforce support to ensure on-time trash pickup and client satisfaction.

This onsite role in Charleston, SC requires 2–5 years of management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will drive property rollouts, monitor service quality, and uphold safety and core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of management experience.
• Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work schedules for Butlers to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Manage callouts and arrange replacements to avoid service disruptions.
• Oversee rollout of services at new properties and coordinate assignments.
• Conduct on-site visits and audits to monitor service quality and compliance.
• Address on-site issues and client complaints.
• Ensure payroll and timekeeping accuracy and handle discrepancies.
• Monitor costs and optimize supplies and operations.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Track performance with scorecards and evaluations.
