Job summary

ALLY WASTE SERVICES LLC seeks a District Manager to own district success, leading a team of Service Valets and managing service delivery for apartment communities. You will spend significant on-site time with your team and clients to drive accountability, strong culture, and consistent execution that earns client trust.

You will oversee operations and relationships, coach staff, and maintain records while supporting new community launches across districts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a field operations team.
• Strong communication with clients and frontline workers.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your district, ensuring nightly valet trash and recycling pickups are completed correctly and on time.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your team of Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and compliance.
• Provide on-call support to your team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers through site visits and communication.
• Proactively identify and resolve service issues before they become client concerns.
• Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to designated property staff.
• Coach and develop team members and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate records across customer, associate, and operational reporting.
• Support new community launches including container distributions and onboarding coordination.
