Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations to lead regional and corporate operations across multiple markets. You will craft growth strategies, oversee budgets, and drive client partnerships while ensuring optimal resource use and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• CPM certification preferred in property management.
• High school diploma is required as minimum education.
• Ten years of third-party property management experience required.
• Minimum five years of managing multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional, corporate, and property teams and oversee associate matters.
• Lead annual budget, business planning, variance reporting and reforecasting for corporate and properties.
• Understand client and company objectives to maximize portfolio value.
• Serve on the senior leadership team and drive revenue growth for major clients.
• Set long and short-term objectives and manage strategic plans for operations.
• Oversee regional offices, staffing, and resource optimization.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and KPI performance, and resolve escalations.
• Develop market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and real estate strategies.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses with business development and secure new opportunities.
• Visit properties and regional offices regularly to maintain client relationships.
