Job summary

Parallel ENT & Allergy seeks an experienced Director of Clinic Operations to lead multi-site performance across Holland, MI and surrounding locations. You will own operational and financial performance, set KPIs, coach Clinical and Administrative Managers, and drive improvements in patient access and experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred, 6–8 years in healthcare operations, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
6–8 years of progressive healthcare operations and leadership experience.
Experience overseeing clinical/ambulatory operations and business/financial functions.
ENT or specialty practice experience is a plus.
Strong financial and operational acumen with KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Own market-wide operational and financial performance across locations.
Establish and monitor site KPIs (wait times, no-shows, utilization).
Conduct site visits and coach managers to ensure standards.
Drive process improvements and standardization across markets.
Manage local vendor relationships and SLAs; budgeting and renewals.
Develop local market strategy; support growth and acquisitions.
Oversee staffing with HR; onboarding and credentialing for providers.
Lead monthly operating reviews and partner with finance to improve cash collection.
Drive patient access, scheduling optimization, and revenue opportunities.
Represent the practice at community events and maintain market presence.
