Responsibilities

• Monitor clinic flow and identify areas for improvement to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee clinical performance and ensure compliance with regulations, safety, confidentiality, and EMR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and training plans for staff and ensure proper coverage and resource use.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal resource use.
• Analyze staffing patterns and collaborate with Clinical Operations Manager to select talent.
