Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Operations Director for Facility & Field Services in the New England region, must reside in CT or MA. This remote/road‑warrior role requires 75%+ travel and oversight of branch operations.

You’ll coach dispatch, service flow, inventory, and order‑to‑cash improvements, align field teams with executives, and help professionalize acquisitions while scaling operations. Salary range is $150,000–$170,000 per year, with performance-based incentives as the company grows

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership in the Commercial Door, Dock, or Access Control industry.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time on a regional basis.
• Comfort with ERP/FSM systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to newly acquired branches and help professionalize dispatch, service flow, and inventory.
• Coach and mentor Branch/Service Managers on strong P&Ls and profitable operations.
• Find and fix order-to-cash issues and lock in improvements.
• Help integrate acquisitions, blending cultures and processes across sites.
• Champion a Safety First culture and OSHA compliance.
• Act as field-level early-warning for executives, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Standardize training and onboarding for rapid, consistent ramp-up.
