Job summary

You will coach Branch Managers and Service Managers, standardize processes after acquisitions, and monitor KPIs to optimize outcomes. Expect ~75% travel and close collaboration with an experienced executive team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership within commercial doors, dock equipment, access control, or related field service.
• Experience managing P&L across multiple sites and driving operational performance.
• Ability to build credibility with technicians and senior leadership.
• Experience improving service operations, dispatch, scheduling, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple branch locations throughout New England.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers and Service Managers while driving accountability around operational and financial performance.
• Improve service operations, dispatch, routing, inventory management, billing, and overall branch efficiency.
• Lead the operational integration of newly acquired businesses, standardize processes, systems, and reporting.
• Monitor branch performance through KPIs and financial metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
