Qualifications

7+ years of operations leadership in commercial doors, dock equipment, or related field service.
Multi-site leadership with P&L responsibility.
Strong leadership to build credibility with technicians and senior leadership.
Experience improving service operations, dispatch, scheduling, and field execution.
Willingness to travel ~75% across New England.
Experience with ERP or Field Service Management systems (e.g., NetSuite, ServiceTitan).

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across multiple branches in New England.
Coach Branch Managers and Service Managers while driving performance.
Improve service operations, dispatch, routing, inventory, billing, and branch efficiency.
Lead integration of acquired businesses with standardized processes and reporting.
Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance; liaison between field and leadership.
